Even if it's not true it is helping to elevate our profile in the transfer portal market...and likely going to get paranoid ute fans screaming about BYU athletics, Ryan Smith, tithing money, not fair...etc etc hahaha

If this is true and BYU is going hard full court press after this guy, even if we don't get him it helps the program and will bear fruit in some other way with another portal prospect that maybe otherwise didn't see us as a serious option before.
