Game of telephone on CB often...someone speculates in a post that "well, maybe this is what happened" and the three posts later it has been adopted by too many of us as "fact" because the speculation just "rang true"...

Or because someone knows someone who knows the person who knows it is a fact. That said...I totally know a guy 🙂
