Sure it was an easy schedule with it being only slightly below 2011’s
But BYU won on average by 4 TDs and that’s with the starters sitting out of a lot of 4th quarters. It’s pretty easy to see the stars aligned for BYU in 2020.
I get that it goes against the narrative that Kalani accomplished something good, but I think the asterisks discussion is cover for not wanting to give Kalani credit for getting the program to finish higher in the rankings than any team since 1996
