I agree that some of the years were close. But we have been talking about 2 different things here. I'm talking about pre-independence as a whole. We have always been able to depend on the odd years. In that case, it has NEVER been as bad as during independence. Even then, nothing has been as bad as just ISU. Just my opinion. Bottom line, looks like we agree to disagree. No biggie, happens all the time. I'm also not one of those CBers that says that if you disagree, than you are just plain crazy. I'm hoping you're not that guy either but I guess we'll see.
