Women's birthing and labor positioning.
At home the mother decides where and how, and the midwife will catch on her hands and knees if need be. That should be the way it is wherever the birth takes place. But at the hospital, the mother is forced onto a bed, on her back, legs to chin, pelvis upturned, all positions that aren't natural and prolong labor, and all in an effort to help nurses and doctors be as comfortable as possible while they are working.

Again I acknowledge risks of home birth, but things like I just stated make zero sense with hospital births.
