I like to take the chance to check out some of the Diners, Drive-ins and Dives locations. There are some in Sacramento. Google for one of the sites that lists them by location and see if something sounds interesting. I think you can even get the video of the show for some locations.

I think Guy Fieri has a Tex Wasabi's in Sacramento. It's not far from his Santa Rosa home base.
