What do you consider a "big announcement"?
Seems like so many people on here complain that supposed big announcements never end up being that big.

What do you consider a big announcement though. If we can establish that, then perhaps we can temper our expectations a bit.

Is big....
-going to the Big12?
-being in discussions with the Big12?
-exploring our options for joining a conference?
-expanding/upgrading the stadium?
-coaching/staff changes?
-a 2-1 with Bama?
-a 1-1 with Florida?

None of these are happening tomorrow and I would consider all of these big announcements.

So if those aren't going to be announced, what else could be announced that would be considered big? Bowl agreements? International game? Bronco's contract extension? Before you claim that no big announcements ever happen at media day, we need to define what would be considered big.
