I just don't think we should release players to transfer to schools we are playing and that are recruiting directly against.

He can make the choice, but since he committed he has to take the consequence and follow the rules. I don't see why BYU should waive that.

Just because his daddy got hired at a better school? He was okay not playing for his dad when he was the coach at USU.
