Good grief. I will be very honest, the hype on national TV at times got almost unbearable. Jimmer was everywhere, and it wasn't because I was "looking for the news". You should write Scott Van Pelt, Dan Patrick, Jim Rome and ask them about Jimmermania...it was everywhere.
He had a lot going for him at BYU. He's talented, upstanding, white, and he has the name Jimmer. I can't even count the number of times different sports stations would speak about a small town NY boy playing for BYU. Crap, he would walk on to the courts of the inner cities and people would recognize him.
On this one...you're lost. Now back to your dreams of 2004/2008.
