If you were in a 75 zone then you weren't in the city.
Therefore its possible to get the citation changed to 'non-urban' speeding. Same fine-no points.
Expect $185, plus administrative fees, total about $220.
If it is Clark County (99% it is) you can visit the court clerk downtown and ask for traffic school if its been 4+ years since you have had a citation. That is online @$40, no additional fines or points.
None of this may apply to out-of-state drivers.
