to take an Excel class. I believe he put it on her to go out and find one, sign up for it, and the company would pay for it. She's yet to do so. Apparently, he had another convo about this last month. She's yet to sign up for any class(es).

She just came back and told me she really wants to be my backup and really wants me to teach her this stuff. I told her I'm happy to teach her how to run the processes, but I'm not going to teach her how to use Excel.
