in a split second the thought that went through my mind was, "how bad is this going to hurt?"

I managed to hit feet first falling backwards and then fell back on my back, still going downhill so fortunately my head didn't hit anything.

But my ankle ---- major sprain. It was ugly, got it checked and no fracture so lucked out on that one. And some bad scrapes on my arms and legs. It's the worst fall I've taken. I was doing something dumb that I won't do again.

Still not afraid of heights though. It just doesn't bother me.
