My first trip to Laramie (I went again in 2009, and I've missed it badly since we left the MWC). I had heard stories, so my friends and I were very cautious heading into game day. But as the day went on, and as the score got more and more lopsided in our favor, I was emboldened.
We left our seats to go to the standing section behind the end zone. The Cowboys happened to be pretty close to their own end zone, thanks to some awesome BYU defense. I started shouting at the Wyoming offensive line, and the things I was saying probably weren't very nice. I guess I made an impact on one particular offensive lineman, because he broke huddle, pointed at me and started walking menacingly in my direction.
We all got a kick out of that. Nothing happened, obviously, but I considered it a personal victory that I got a guy to break huddle during gameplay and want to rip my head off.
