he agrees that bullying is a problem, but i think that he sees that the situation can be seen in many different ways and that many have faults.
having been part of many investigations, i don't put a ton of trust on the report, honestly. any time you get investigated, they're going to find something. my issue is that martin has had similar problems before (precedent), and the rest of the guys literally had no clue that he had an issue with what was going on. he said as much to his mother in email. that's not fair to the "bad guys" in the case.
so when you say that you hope that he recognizes that there is a problem, i understand what you're saying, but i don't think that it's that simple.
