Here's two more very important things to consider:

Recently another member moved into our ward into an 8,000 sq ft home. If you can afford to move into an 8000 sq ft home, just pay someone and don't ask the members.

Secondly and even more important. The father of the house must be there and help. This guy apparently was too busy to help. He left while everyone else did the work.
