$200 - $300 seems pretty low for professional movers for a local move.

Most charge by the hour, and if they charge $50 - $75 per mover and you get a crew out that takes a few hours, you are easily looking a 2-3x more. If they do the packing, it can cost upwards of $2k for a decent sized 4 BR home.
