Are you assuming that Jabari doesn't declare? Because, in my mind, draft order by BPA should go something like this: Wiggins, Parker, Exum, Embiid (although the difference in value between all four of the top picks is negligible), then a small step down to Randle, then a big drop-off at Gordon or Vonleh. Exum's jump shot is a bit troubling, but his athleticism more than makes up for it. I just don't see Randle jumping into the top four unless some serious surprises come out at the combine.

Also, the Jazz have less than a 1% chance of getting the 4th pick, despite having the fourth worst record, so it would be much more interesting to discuss who the Jazz would take at 1-3 or 5-6.
