In all of the discussion about providing additional
Financial support to athletes, the cost of the actual education that they don't have to pay seems to always be downplayed. But overlooked even more than that is the earning potential of a college grad vs someone without a degree.

Their athletic scholarship literally has the likelihood upon graduation to lead to hundreds of thousands of dollars of earning potential over their working life. Earning potential that many (especially those complaining the most) would not otherwise see if not for their free education.

Ironic is that many who complain the loudest don't understand this opportunity handed to them, an opportunity earned the hard way by others that are less athletically blessed. Many waste their free education and then later blame the NCAA for treating them unfairly.
