until she pulls out her spreadsheet and shows me that we can save a ton of $$$ over the 3 years plus (her speaking): it is closer to the school (we live 20 mins from the HS, this is 5 mins), our kids friends live the neighbor, you won't have to spend 1+ every Sat during yard work...on and on she goes...I don't think I am going to win this one.....
