So the insurance sets all the prices?
or do they just cover a % of the prices that the doctor sets?
I believe and hope it is the latter of the two options. It would be awful nice if there was a little bit of price transparency outside of having to call the doctors and wait 5 mins for them to look up the out of pocket cost to me. I'd like to know cost before insurance too,
