I guess I'll say that while the coaches are regaining my trust slowly, that I'm
still not willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on issues like this one, especially when it comes to a scholarship going to a coach's son who has no other offers.

While our O-line was busy sucking it up, one of the best offensive linemen in the country was an RM who was ours to lose out of HS.
While Jake Heaps and Riley Nelson were battling for the starting job to determine who could suck it up worse, we had one LDS QB get drafted after transferring, and another won the WAC OPOY (back when the WAC was still a real conference).
While our D-line was getting manhandled by the BCS schools we played, the best DL in the country was a former commit.

All I'm asking for is that they stop offering marginal talent, and play the recruiting game a little more with some of the higher maintenance athletes. We're doing better... I thought we had it fixed, but the Gustin thing shows me that maybe we haven't gotten all of the bugs worked out quite yet.
