This is one of my company's big concerns with recruiting at BYU (the other one

is lack of diversity, especially women). I fight this battle every year when we (my function) review the list of schools we recruit at, to decide which ones to drop and which ones to keep. Many years someone proposes to drop BYU because of these two issues, and I have to fight them off.
