I still disagree. I think the #4 pick is among the most likely scenarios.
your scope is far too narrow.
The Jazz could trade down to 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, etc. or even out of the first round.
Picking #4 is among the more likely scenarios and it's hard to find a scenario that's significantly more likely.
