jamming the gaps (which makes the OL job nearly impossible it's 7 on 5)... if you begin throwing to the TE or running cross routes/slants, the LBs have to play 'honest' and that means stronger protection against a 4 man rush.
So yes, and no ... I blame much of the problem on the OL last year to the fact that we allowed too many teams to 'put 7-8 men in the box' and did nothing to loosen them up... any OL will have trouble in that case (not excusing them, they stunk it up too)
