We don't live near one. Here is what we get every time we pass through SLC.

Lacey's cookies
Jo-jos - like Oreos but much better
Lemon pappardelle pasta. Lots of other pastas.
Tortellini - cold section
Most of their shelf stable salsas- peach, green, etc.

A bunch of other things my wife cooks with. (Lemon curd, oatmeal, garlic pepper grinder, etc.) If you cook, their products are generally tastier than you normally get elsewhere.
