You can bet that, if they fire KW, they WILL go after Gary. There is no
way they hire an assistant from the current staff. They can't afford to take a risk and will throw a ton of money at some name coaches. Urban was a lightning strike that led to where they are now. They aren't likely to ever get so lucky again.
