I think BYU can be better than just Kansas and ISU.
In the last 27 years (yes, after 1984 and 1985) here's how many Top 25 finishes some of the B12 teams (and BYU) have:
Baylor - 2
Texas Tech - 7
Oklahoma State - 8
TCU - 9
WVU - 10
BYU - 11
KSU - 12
I didn't bother looking up OU, Texas, Kansas, or ISU.
