Dry, Leafy Substance (marijuana??)
I found a dry, leafy substance that I think is marijuana. Any suggestions on how to confirm that it is marijuana? I would like to be a little more sure of what it is before I confront the person it likely belongs to.
As a side, I drove to work with this stuff in my car and was nervous about being pulled over. I actually slowed down a few MPHs just to be safe (don't worry, I did not go slow in the fast lane).
