I've heard from guys who played for Kalani that...

"He's as good of a recruiter as they come, average coach at best."

So I suppose it comes down to philosophy. Some think its all about getting talent, some think its coaching. I think it's both but I'm not convinced he's a good candidate based on talking to guys who played for him.
