It depends on if they stay "Apple -ey". It's impossible to compete with what
is essentially open source in the long run when you insist on proprietary everything.
They aren't Steve Jobs anymore so I don't know if they can stay on top of the new innovation curve without him. Ultimately, any idea they have will be done better/cheaper by the broader market just like all of their past innovative ideas.
