Yeah, I've thought that, too. Though I think the difference is that a kid who is
that big is more likely to hurt more kids while carrying the ball (and get hurt himself since everyone will just try and take out his knees). Not sure if that logic fully pans out because he can still hurt kids as a lineman by blocking them on offense and tackling them on defense.
