My favorite way
Cut up and cook bacon. Grate Swiss cheese. Add Swiss cheese, bacon, lowrys season salt, and any othe seasoning you want just a bit of BBQ sauce 1tbs per pound. Make your patties and on one side in the middle of the patties push in a bit with your thumb
For the sauce. 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup relish, 3/4 cup mayo, 2 tps worchestershire sauce
