80/20 ground beef, just salt and pepper, I do my best to get a good carmelization on each side. On a griddle I'll cook 2 slices of thick cut bacon and fry an egg over easy in the bacon grease. I really enjoy the juicy beef, thick bacon, melty cheese, and runny yolk all together.
