I just moved to Utah for a job and am really having a hard time accepting the cost of housing here. Admittedly I want to move into something long term for my family, but I feel like I need to spend a minimum of 50% more than my last house. Not that I can't afford it, but 1500+ for a mortgage is a lot of money to me.
