I remember studying Amazon twenty years ago in college and thinking then that Amazon couldn't sustain its business model. That was back when they just sold books, and here they are twenty years later still around and selling everything under the sun.

I will admit that I was surprised at how quickly they offered the refund w/o and questions asked. True that a policy like that may need to be scaled back, but for now I'll take it .
