Saban and Urban do the exact same thing when they take over. I remember how many Ute players quit or got run off prior to the 2003 season, and then they had a great year, followed up by 2004.

I'm just glad we're catching Texas this year. I bet they'll be back to a top-10 team in 3 seasons.
