Yes. Unequivocally yes.
In a division with 120 teams, 4 is an inordinately small number for a playoff, 8 is honestly not much better. Do I want it to be like the NBA or NHL where half the teams qualify? No. But 16 out of 120 is a fair number and would provide a great tournament. You'd get all the greatness of the Sweet 16 on down...only in football. Way better.
