You think 90% of Ute fans would vote for shutting down the program? Not likely. I love the rivalry and hope it continues forever, but celebrating inclusion in the PAC12 has nothing whatsoever to do with BYU. I still get tingles down my spine when I realize the fball teams that I will get to watch live every year. And I am stoked that the Utes might actually compete for a PAC12 title in bball this year (they are picked 3rd by most people). We play at least 9 fball games that are equal in quality to the bowl games of the past. We are building facilities that go along with a big time program and hopefully the results will follow in the long run. Kendall Thompson said our fball facilities are better than Oklahoma.
