If you are trying to put together partners for the next 10-25 years or beyond then you can take an amateur demographer and come to the strong conclusion that the BYU market is exponentially growing in some of the fastest growing markets in the country while the Michigan State and Cal's of the world are on a descending plane.

I agree money talks and if it was that big today then we would be invited tomororw... BUT someday it will happen and 20-30 years ago some University presidents are going to be sitting around saying "why didn't we see BYU coming?" The future is incredibly bright for us, it will just take longer than most of us have the patience for.
