$/sq ft looks a little high...what are the identical Fulton

homes going for? The brand new homes might even have some lower intrest rates. Very tough to comprte with the builder on a builder's home. If they havent done anything to differentiate it froma new house, the only thingeft is price. Phoenix is also a market that went up too fast.
