It really was, plus the ship was being extra cool because of the changes.

They ended up giving free soda to the non-drinkers, pushed up some of the entertainment that was supposed to happen later. It was great. They did have to cancel the show one night because the swells were just too high and it would have been unsafe for the dancers, but it was one of our favorite cruises.
