just doing one-legged wall squats. Was on my right leg and my left lower back went out. I don't think it's serious but its been spasming for a full day. I've been doing my walk, stretch, ice and advil routine with some muscle relaxants mixed in. I think it's finally settling down. I need a better exercise routine. Not sure which way to go. My other concerns are how much of a time commitment P90x takes as well as the strange positions that P90x puts you in. Any good suggestions?
