5'9 155 is a large frame?
That's not mine, just one that I looked at. The whole chart is ridiculous. Charts like this, BMI, they're all bogus because they don't factor anything else in.
I don't think you have a "large frame" at any of those height/weight combos. Most are actually skinny.
