We need to glorify healthy.
Fact is, our nation is sick, and most of the sickness is tied to an overweight population. Diabetes, heart diseases, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, elevated cancer risks, etc etc etc.
It is not about fat or thin, it is about get fit and healthy, whatever your body type is. That needsto be the message.
