the best option is one of those cheap styrofoam coolers. If I remember correctly
Its like $5-$10 and it weighs a lot less than a normal cooler so you can get as much fish as possible. And you shouldn't have a problem. My Dad owns a lodge outside of anchorage, we do this all the time.
