Teams left the B12 because of Texas and its new Longhorn Network. It didn't sit

well with everyone that BYU wanted to show games on its network too. It is mind boggling to think BYU would even bring up BYUtv after it knew about how everyone hated LHN. There is a difference between having third-tier rights with someone like Fox Sports and having your very own network.

BYU could've always found a way down the road to use BYUtv after the other programs had better information about it.
