I had issues with bronchitis last year, so I got an inhaler for it and that has helped again this time around (when I got bronchitis, when I would push all the air our my lungs really fast it sounded way raspy - you could tell my lungs were full of junk). It can worsen into pneumonia, but only a doctor can figure that one out. And the first thing they told me when I was diagnosed was to go back in if I got a fever - that's one of the big signs it's developing into pneumonia.
