Nice work. I'm jealous you found a Weber Kettle grill for $25 new.
I found a used one for $20 that I'm going to use as a base too. The drum is still what I'm looking for.
Have you made modifications? Your magnet control is certainly cheap, but a lot of people like the ball valve, but it's certainly not as cheap.
