So I happen to turn to 1280 during a commercial on 1320 this morning. (First time in a while) And what are they talking about? Unga's tweet. DJ & PK are both insinuating that honor code suspensions must be forth coming, etc. So I decide to text them and below is the text conversation:

Me- "Wow!, you guys just love running with anything potentially negative toward BYU-substantiated or not. You would think you learned your lesson with sock gate."

1280- "What lesson?"

Me- "You're right. You guys can throw out any unsubstantiated accusations you want. No lessons to be learned. Wish I could get away with that in my career."

1280- Proceeds to make fun of my text on the air and says that "some BYU fans have their head in the sand" and "BYU can do no wrong in this guys mind" and "Your own player tweeted it, you should be upset with him."

Me- "Right! Because snitches get stitches equals honor code violations, but I'm the idiot right? You guys are comical."

1280- "You must really be steamed at Uani Unga"

Me- " Not at all. I don't know what he's talking about and neither do you. Yet you blast it all over the radio as though something major is about to happen. Congratulations on starting yet another rumor about BYU "misdeeds".

1280- "You're right, we should have never mentioned it. Go Cougars!"

Me- " I'm guessing most professional journalists would agree with that statement. Go 1280!"

1280- "You're right about go 1280. Check the numbers. To guys like you we say thanks."

Me- "Funny thing is, I have only listened to 1320 since sock gate. I happened to change to 1280 during a commercial and guess what you're talking about? I'll never make that mistake again."
