The amount of money the schools make is almost irrelevant
to what a player should be compensated. I know that is troublesome for many but the players, with very few exceptions, are interchangeable. If the second string lineman starts or the first string lineman starts on a given day is irrelevant to whether a Texas fan tunes in to see their team play.
Players are interchangeable. And therefore, don't deserve a higher cut of the pay
